Sinan Ali, CEO of One Online, has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Maldives Transport and Contracting Company.
Sinan Ali, CEO of One Online, has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Maldives Transport and Contracting Company.
He was appointed to the post a week ago.
Sinan has also previously served on the MTCC board of directors from 2019 until the 6th of this month. He was on the board earlier as well, from 2014 to 2016.
He also filled the post of STELCO Chairperson.
Sinan was also presented the National Award in Journalism after having worked in the field for over 20 years. Having worked at Miadhu and Haveeru, he went on to become CEO of Sun TV from 2008 to 2018.
He served on the board of Island Aviation from 2016 to 2018.
Sinan holds a Masters of Business Administration from the UK's Anglia Ruskin University.
