The call center has been established by integrating the existing store in the STELCO building and expanding the area currently used for customer care. The hotline number for the new call center is 1545.
STELCO's Managing Director, Hussain Fahmy, remarked that despite STELCO's long-standing history of closely collaborating with the public to deliver services efficiently, setting up a call center was a task that had not been done until now.
He noted that the call center is now fully operational.
"STELCO's hotline 1545 is now available for all inquiries related to STELCO services, complaints regarding electricity bills, and other company-related queries. To further enhance STELCO's services, customers can also reach the contact center via Viber, WhatsApp, and Telegram, in addition to the STELCO care service," Fahmy stated.
He emphasized that the company's objective is to maintain close contact with the public in all aspects and to continue being a company that has earned the trust and confidence of the people.
