A man has been arrested for allegedly threatening to stab his mother and younger sibling if they refused to give him money.
Mohamed Shafeeq, a resident of Male' was arrested in connection with the case.
Man arrested for threatening to stab mother and sibling over money
The court ordered Shafeeq to be remanded in custody for seven days, stating that he may pose a danger to society.
