Ooredoo Nation has announced an inter office e-sports tournament.
The tournament features games such as EAFC24, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) and PUBG. This tournament is part of the company's efforts to encourage and promote the e-sports community in the Maldives. It also aims to provide employees from various organizations with the opportunity to showcase their gaming skills, strengthen teamwork, and build bonds within their offices.
Registration for the tournament, scheduled for August 4, is open until August 2. The event will be broadcast live on television and will offer valuable cash prizes. Winners will be selected for first, second, and third places in each game category.
The prizes offered for the EAFC tournament include;
- First prize: MVR 10,000
- Second prize: MVR 6,000
- Third prize: MVR 4,000
The prizes offered for the Mobile Legends: Bang bang (MLBB) tournament include;
- First prize: MVR 4,000
- Second prize: MVR 3,000
- Third prize: MVR 2,000
MVP: MVR 1,000
The prizes offered for the PubG Mobile tournament include;
- First prize: MVR 8,000
- Second prize: MVR 5,000
- Third prize: MVR 3,000
- Fourth prize: MVR 2,000
- Fifth prize: MVR 1,000
